VAC-NET is an NGO that provides access to micro finance and educational opportunities for women in Gulu Northern Uganda. Our programing combines credit and social programs that offers training in business skills, adult literacy training, Nutrition and child parenting to women in Gulu.

By helping women to increase their income, micro finance has an immediate and lasting impact on their quality of life resulting in the ability to afford nutritious food, education, shelter and healthcare improvements for the lives of the women, children and communities. As businesses grow the positive effects of micro credit spread beyond the family into the local community, through employment and contribution to the local economy.
All this can happen if women are prepared well with basic skills that can help them flourish in business.
